just sharing: I was playing around with GetPaid a few weeks ago and tried to get it running on Plone4, with Paypal, local shipment rate calculation, and a product catalog/gallery, just for fun.
The result is this buildout which generic enough for use elsewhere. https://dev.inigo-tech.com/svn/izhar/ecommerce.site/trunk/ the trunk currently checkouts a fork of getpaid.paypal which enables the plone-side shipment calculation (rather than using the paypal shipment feature), which you can exclude by just commenting out from the buildout.
