Huh, well, OK?
When you mention 3rd party solutions, are you talking
about plug-ins?
What plug-ins offer a usable tab panel object that you think
are worth looking at?

What you're seeing here is the normal tab panel appearance. I
think the
only way you'll alter the appearance on Windows is to design your
own tab
panel system or use a 3rd party solution.
Using Composite solves certain visual problems when running your
applications on Macintosh.
