Check the Listbox documentation for the EditCell method.
Hi Charles,
I'd done that but there was a poor chain of reference to follow.
I could see that the cells were supposed to be editable, but the
Language Reference item for Event CELL ACTION does NOT say where to go
to set the cell or the column to be editable. The actual information
on how to set that is in the Property COLUMN TYPE. It might be a good
idea to put in an html link to COLUMN TYPE from CELL ACTION in the
next version of the Language Reference. Indeed, there are over a
thousand items up in the Google search archive about this sort of
thing. Seems like a lot of people have difficulty trying to find this
information.
EditCell doesn't require that you set the cell type to editable, and
this is stated in the language reference entry for Listbox.EditCell.
