It can run unattended because it just record some mp3-file comming through a certain port. This is an example of a commandline I am using now: c:/streamripper -d d:/ogg/streamripper - r http://66.28.204.187:7070

Certainly, it sound like you need an editfield and a pushbutton, with a
shell call in the PushButton's "Action" event but first one more question.

Does the dos program run unattended or does the user need to see a window
with the program running?

It would also be useful to know the exact command line you would type in if
running it manually.
