It would appear to me that if I can code for the Scrollbar slider to go to the
top when the Print method is effected then that whole page would print.
How can I code for that?

Either:
1. Pray to the gods. (Epson, HP, Canon, Lexmark, etc.)
or
2. Give us some idea what code you are using. Normally one prints
from the same source using similar code that one uses to display the
preview.
