Does the CellTextChange fire when you leave the LB via a mouse click on some
other control/window whatever, do you get your bool to change when that
happens? I wouldn't expect lost focus to fire while you're in the cell
because it still has focus and just guessing, but the listbox's lostfocus
probably fires on the click outside - which sort of makes sense. If you had
a multicolumn lb with 20 cols and 10k rows, and each cell fired a lost focus
when you click a different control it would be kind of silly wouldn't it?

I would also think that if cell text changed and the lb loses focus that you
should get that event as well - havent tested this but I think that's what I
would expect.
