'fold' is the Macintosh type code for folders.
'disk' is the Macintosh type code for volumes.

I don't know if a creator code is required. Try it without setting
that property, and if it doesn't work, try a creator code of '????'.

A creator code is never needed for opening or accepting drops of files. Creator codes are only used to (1) determine which icon to display for the file in the Finder, and (2) determine which app is launched when the file is double-clicked. For an application's purposes, only the file type matters.
