Is it 100% reproducible on all 10.4.5 systems you have been able to
get ahold of?
What do the Crash Logs say? Make sure you enable
"IncludeFunctionNames" (or compile as Mach-O) so that you can see if
it is crashing in your code, the REALbasic framework or the Apple
framework.
