at least in the syntax as stated. I'll dig somemore.

Subject: Shell to open DOS app in RB

Hi
I am very new to RB.
What I am trying to do is open/use an app that is a DOS prog in a running RB
application. I have tried to use the Shell class but perhaps being that I am
using RB5.5.5 I have no luck. I just keep getting a -2 error code. Nothing I do
works. Any simple directions that any of you more experienced programmers could
offer? Thanks.

My OS is Windows XP.

Derek
