When adding a row to a hierarchal listbox, is there a way to insert  
the row as a sub-item of the expanded row as it does when responding  
to the ExpandRow event? I want the inserted row to be indented just  
like it is when a row is added from ExpandRow. As it is, it's left  
aligned with the parent folder row.
