I'm running RB 2006 Rel 2 on a Mac running OS 10.4.6
Two questions regarding porting an OS X application to Classic (Mac
OS 9.2):
a. I find that an editfield set for center alignment in the IDE
does not result in center alignment in the finished application. I
get left alignment. Why?
b. If I apply a mask (###) to an editfield in the IDE, I get an
error (kEncodingUTF8 -- s1.Encoding()) in the finished application
when I enter a number. Why?
