Sorry, on rereading this statement it doesn't say what I intended to say. It
should have read as the following:

"By the way I find RB much better for working with 'office  
 automation' than the other _B even though both VB and
 Excel(for example) are products of the same company.
 The major drawback that RB has, when comparing it with VB,
 is that VB has a built-in object browser for looking up
 the app classes etc."

Are you suggesting that VBA/VB and Rb are written by the same  
company?  Curious what gave you that idea (if that is the case).
