Well, I do, for one.  :)  But of course you can do things which cause events to 
fire in some cases.

Yes -- the whole point of the Change event is to fire when the Value of the tab 
panel has changed.

Ah, good, glad you figured it out.  You almost never need any code for a 
control to display and operate properly; things like switching tab panels in 
response to mouse clicks work automatically.
