I am getting this in the Windows version of SpeakAssist
An exception of class UnsupportedFormatException was not handled. The
application must shut down. Exception Message: You cannot set the
visibility of a sub-menu or top-level menu.
So the Contextual menu appears to not work in Windows but works fine
on MacOS X
