SpeakAssist v4.0 has a new interface and icons in the Command menu
And wherever there is static text in the program there is now a new
Hear button
next to it to let the user hear what is written on the screen.
Also this version of the program is a complete re-write from scratch.
Runs on MacOS X (PowerPC) & Windows 32-bit
