Thanks Terry and Russ. I will probably just use a contextual menu then. In 
fact, I have already implemented dozens of those. The one thing I am missing 
with a conttextual menu is the ability for the user to see what is selected. 
For 
example, if the popup were states, then the user can see that "Idaho" is 
selected at a glance, as opposed to a contextmen where the user would have to 
bring 
it up and look for a check mark. I suppose I can always but a static text 
which holds the selection on the window.

Related to this question... is there any way to put checkmarks on a popup 
menu? I can do that on menu items and context menu items but I don't see how to 
do that with a popup menu.
