It occurs to me that you might not be able to ctrl-click and save-as in an email, i.e., in Mail -- I don't know, I'm not on a Mac, but I can't right-click and save-as in Outlook -- so you might have to go to the web page http://www.tildesoft.com/Files/ and then ctrl-click save-as the file from there.
