Thanks to some key pointers from Charles Yeomans, I've got a nice little subclass of rectangles that can be relocated and resized.

I had put a locked-in-place bit of static text in the rectangle in order for the end-user to recognize which of several such rectangles he was working with.

However, I've noticed something that I don't care for very much....

....if the rectangle gets resized down to a certain point, and that's not very much, the static text label begins to shrink, by truncating, and eventually disappears. This is while there is still plenty of room inside the rectangle for the full text of the label to be allowed.

Is this a malfunction?

How does one get around that? There are several such rectangles in the window and having them readily identifiable to the end-user is rather important.

Regards,

Chuck
