Always hard to say. In this case, there is a really easy workaround:
use a constant as the title of the first column as well, even though
it has zero width.
If you call it a bug I'll introduce it as such (maybe an address)
The feedback system is the mechanism to do this, not this list. Make
sure you have searched the feedback first before submitting a new
report, to avoid duplication.
IMHO, this issue would likely receive very low priority at RB,
especially since there is such an easy workaround.
