I second that...SQLite Manager is just great for doing everything you need to as far as REALSQLDatabase is concerned. I use it also to import SQL DDL scripts to create a database schema and it works great.
I also use SQL Editor for creating an ERD and I then use it to export the SQL DDL as I mentioned above.
