I used to use Resourcer now I use Rezilla
Rezilla does everything ResEdit used to do

If you use Windows, there are a lot of utility programs that can
create
cursors. If you want to use custom cursors in a RB project that
you'll be
compiling for Windows you need separate windows-compatible cursors
for it
(in addition to the Mac cursors).
