The link is not broken, your browser is. The in-document name contains 
blanks (encoded as %20), and some browsers like IE on Mac OS X reportedly 
have problems (though the W3C validator says it's valid HTML). The proposed 
fix is to remove all %20s of the html document, since it's more trouble to 
get M$ to fix their browser ;-).
