Thanks for the report.

They are specific to 0.5.0 (and earlier versions).  These problems
have been addressed in the current code.

"--enable-indirect-threaded" is ignored now (you now always get a in
indirect-threaded engine (gforth-itc) and hybrid direct/indirect
threaded engines (gforth-fast, gforth).

Yes, we put in some new features that result in good speedups.
