[gforth] >FLOAT behavior might not be correct

Hi.
I'm using gForth 0.6.2 and i believe that ">float" word
behaves contradictory.

s" +" >float
does not succeed, but
s" -" >float
converts to -0.0

I believe that "-" should not be converted to -0.0,
if I'm reading the standard correctly.
