The texi2dvi command is already installed.

$ texi2dvi --version

Install texi2dvi... should be part of the LaTeX packages.

libffi works fine here (on Linux).

Ok, mremap isn't avaiable on Cygwin.  So I should check for Linux or so...  
Fortunately, mremap is not much needed.
