[gforth] Gforth 0.7.2 successfully compiled and installed on RPi's Raspbian

Just for your information. No problem compiling 0.7.2 on Raspberry Pi's
Raspbian. Since I don't have Emacs installed, all Emacs stuff must be
removed from Makefile before installing, and that's all.
