Yes, Gforth does that. Use

screen-diag f.

to get the screen diagonal size in mm.  I guess your Android simply lies to 
you, which results in wrong scaling.  You can then set the FValue DEFAULT-
SCALE to something else than 1. E.g.

0.5e to default-scale terminal-scale-me

will give you twice as many columns and rows.
