To be eligible to vote, you must be a registered user of, and with a full profile on, the Good Practice portal (http://www.epractice.eu/cases/awards2007) before 7 September 2007. In total, 311 cases were received from from 32 of the 34 eligible European countries. 53 cases were nominated as finalists.
