Well a good side/target could be "snes9x" ... it is a snes emulator that
runs under X-Windows (with an heavy performance drawback), under SVgalib
(Without 16bit support for most cards) and even under 3dfx renderer, but
has a very old ggi-support (it has "NEEDS GRAPHTYPE SYMS" and needs separate 
framebuffer and pixellinearbuffer structs instead that having them in
one)...

It will be a nice killer application, both for GGI and for Linux... so
think of it, if you can.

For now I can't promise you that I work on it... it has been quite some
time I last touched ggi (I completed two labs-assignment for
university and I have to complete some other things before I can work on
it)... I still also have to figure out how to use frame buffers. Maybe one
day...
