No. NiVidia does.

Your right. Its a update to a older nvidia driver. I didn't give it a
closer look. I have been busy rebooting my machine again and again. I
found out you can't call up(&semaphore) inside the schedular. I need to
figure away to do some clever unlocking in the schedular. Ugh :(
