AFAIK the one who develops 'zed' www browser doesn't like it for some
reason but still uses it.

It -looks- generic.  but it also looks unix-centric...
I haven't looked closer.

It's used by a -large- number of X apps.  I actually haven't seen a
distrib come without it (and I've seen a -lot- what with being the local
'expert' *grin*).
