Their was a KGIcon driver for it. It now has been ported to the 2.3.X
kernels.

Well you could run libGGI on top of fbdev with the 3Dfx driver. It maps
the mmio region but I don't think libGGI takes advantage of this. The
glide library doesn't use the fbdev layer. It does its own thing.
