Could you please mail me your XGGI binary, or put it up for download
somewhere?

As for the location, LibGGI has not installed anything in /usr/lib
since at least before 1998/09/20, unless explicitly told so. But as
Andy mentioned you may have had a LibGGI installed with your
distribution.
