Right. I missed those in a few places. I am currently fixing this.
I will commit the changes tonight. There are a few places that I cannot fix,
as I don't own the copyright:

./libggidemos/testpattern.c (c) H. Niemann
./libgic/programs/demos/confmgrdemo.c (c) Andrew Apted

Could the respective copyright holders please fix this ?

In case I missed a place with find and grep, please also notify me.

CU, ANdy
