it's not safe to include asm/* and even by and large not necessary.
At least not with glibc-2.1.3 :)

Anyways, input-pcjoy wouldn't compile 'til I disabled that.

Just FWIW.  Someone might want to check into unhealthy dependencies :)

Ah well, it's been a while...  I'll post more if I find anything glaring,
otherwise I'll just fix it on me own machine.

(and it'd be handy to #include <linux/version.h> on known linux systems -
doing workarounds based on
#if LINUX_VERSION_CODE < KERNEL_VERSION(2,4,0)
...
#endif
is handy :)
