Note that degas/lib/libggi/doc/docbook and degas/lib/libgii/doc/docbook
qualify as 'docs' too. Should we have it inside libggi/libgii.tar.bz2
or separate?

GGI snapshots already use bzip2 :)
Now I remember why I didn't try to split the CVS snapshot tarballs ---
because I was too lazy to split the diffs too (don't hit me please! :)

Yes, unforunately it is easy to mess up and there is no easy way to
check it. If you need it quick, you can try it, since I'm busy
'design'ing the new web site, else I'll get around to it later.
