Turns out that I had the username wrong -- though I think it may have
been changed on me, because my I have old repositories that were using
bjulin instead of brian. When I downloaded the snap, I noticed
degas/cvsusers which clued me into that. So now I'm up and running again :-)
Sometime this winter I'll see if I can convince my employers to let me
serve an anoncvs mirror. Now wouldn't be a good time, though, and I'll want to
bone up on CVS admin/security first.
