Hello, As a student, at the CNAM (after hours school for workers) I need to do a mission in organization (either concerning financial methods ;) , concerning working methods ...) I was wondering if you would agree to give me such a mission concerning the GGI project. The first part of the job would be an analysis of the present organisation in the perimeter you desire, then I would propose you three scenarii in order to fit your goal, & a report for the mission. (+- something like audit). It is supposed to take place in 6 month. There is a need for a "formal acknowledgement", so maybe a little thread would help finding a consensus over - is it interesting for the project? - what are the actual needs concerning organisation?
