Hi,
I thought it was about time to put out a maintainance release of
XGGI, as some of the changes had been lying around here for over
a year...
Here's a summary of changes:
* Now uses XFree 3.3.6 as it's base.
* Don't try to open a new VT by default when running on a console-based
target. This used to cause problems when running XGGI without any
root privileges.
* Italian, Polish and Norwegian keymaps added.
* Save and restore all screens in a multihead configuration upon VT
switching.
Source and glibc2.1 binary available from
http://www.stacken.kth.se/~mackan/ggi/xggi/
as usual.
You are very welcome to contribute binaries for libc5/glibc2.0 and
non-linux/non-x86 platforms as well as DEB/RPM/whatever packages.
