Checking it right now. Unfortunately things are not as trivial as
they might seem. The reason this haven't been done before is that
we want to do it _right_ when we remove the panicing stuff. For
example most of the setmode changes are not acceptable solutions.
Also changing a function to return GGI_ENOMEM is of no use unless
you change the callers to actually care and act propely.
I'll apply the parts that look good and then we'll see what remains.
