1: The '#ifdef SHM' thing is a bit odd. Why don't we probe for the MITSHM
extension and load a XSHM helperlib instead?
2: The Xlib and DGA targets seem like they should also be helperlibs which
would be loaded by the base X target, kind of like what the SVGALib and
LibGL target/helper combination do.
