depends on what you mean with 'perfectly working'. As we discussed in the irc
meeting, GGI has some visibility (PR) problems. the cvs on sourceforge has
the advantage that a couple of services come with it for free. For example
cvsweb, and mailing lists. Berlin for example uses a script to forward cvs
activity to a read-only mailing list. This is a nice way for observers to
be kept up to date. I strongly suggest you use more of sourceforge's services
than just the BTS.
I understand that the GGI lead developers have very little time to spend on
the project. That is even more reason to move as much of the administrative
activity over to sourceforge, as all but the real creative and humane activity
can be automatized easily.
