... please give me a short answer: does GGI work as well under Linux-PPC as it does on Linux-x86? I have the opportunity to buy a dead-cheap G3 PowerBook, and it is important to me to know this before making a decision. I read on the archives a reply to a question similar to this which stated that GGI "works under any platform that has a dlopen() call", and therefore GGI runs under Linux-PPC; but my question is whether there are any additional "glitches" when compared to the stability/ease of use/everyday use of the GGI libs under Linux-x86. I hope you don't misunderstand my insistence on this occasion: I fully grasp the importance of the issues you are discussing, and share your concerns. Best regards, Manuel
