you can disable/enable every single tool, such that it doesn't even appear
on the project page.

Marcus, I fully understand your frustration. What frustrates me most is
not the fact that their service was (and still is) partly unavailable.
They had a big task moving to a new h/w setup.
What frustrates me is that they claimed everything went smoothly when it
didn't.
