No, It does a bit of what GGI should do, which part is not
too useful to us.  It does a lot of what KGI should do, which
is useful, because KGI is not functional yet.  It allows 
GGI development to continue to expand into the area of
BLT/TEXTURE/Z support independent of th progress of KGI.
