Among the three name servers dedicated to the ggi-project.org domain,
only ns.ggi-project.org is responding; ns1.canuck.gen.nz and greyfox.org
are just returning a hostname lookup error for anything belonging to
ggi-project.org (strange).
However, I get the correct answer for www.ggi-project.org (152.2.210.81
which is ibiblio's web site) when I query ns.ggi-project.org.
I have no idea of what is hapenning to you because ggi-project.org and
xtserver.net seem to have nothing in common. Moreover, I queried all
your name servers (at t-online.de) and they give me the correct address
too.
The only reason I see is a proxy problem at t-online.de, assuming you're
using a proxy.
