Brian: IIRC you already wrote an articel about writing an extension.
I think, that this fits into chapter 9 and 10, _after_ updating it. I
think, the chapter should first explain the extension mechanism how
it works and how you can write an extension with and without ehelper
(without, because of understanding purpose). Same for target (chapter
10).
