o.k. - I'm back a little ;-).
As I switched my system back from XF86 to fbdev+XGGI (more stable up to
now), I got quite some incentive to work a little on G400 accel support,
as X in 1600x1200x32 isn't fun without copybox.
The problem seems to be related to too short masks when setting up some
regs for copybox. I copied the whole mga2164 directory anyway, though
to allow for further G400 specific enhancements.
Anyone got the URL for getting the full docs ?
Another thing I fixed was fbdev not coming up at all for me, which was
related to physz parsing. Hope I fixed that right.
