IIRC Marcus looked into this and found it to be very difficult, because of
around 100 callbacks from the X drivers back to X.
So for now using X drivers can be done as in "start X, start GGI app,
have it in a window" or in "start X, set GGI_DISPLAY, have the app start
using DGA".
