Huh ? I think I have installed on a bunch of linux machines, which IMHO
didn't have LibGGI on it before, and it didn't happen for me.

Are you sure that you don't mean, that you need to install LibGII before
LibGGI (which is normal) ?

Hmm - seems not so, as you always use the correct terms ...

Wait, retrying ... ups - you are right. O.K. I was able to complete the
build by adding -L../gg/.libs to the LIBS Variable in gii/Makefile.

According to ldd this doesn't seem to cause a path problem in LibGII.
O.K. - no problem still after make install.

However I am neither a libtool nor an autoconf guru to tell how to set that
up from there or if it is the right thing to do.
